| Details: | I spoke with Joan Green at the corporate office for Ray's Food Place regarding the violations for failure to submit GWR-Compliance Monitoring reports for June and September. I explained the history regarding the current water source at the store regarding the E. coli positive source and informed her of the importance of maintaining a chlorine residual and ensuring compliance monitoring is done. We also discussed the frequent turnover in management at this store and ensuring in the future that new managers are aware of the water system operations, especially since the store serves as a water (through dispensing machines in the store) source for campers and off the grid members of the public in this area of the state. The compliance reports for the two missing months were sent to me and appear to be in compliance and will be sent to the DWP. |
