| Details: | I called Camp K at 3pm to inform them that a TC + alert was generated from a sample taken at Dist-A. I let them know that they will need to take 3 repeat samples, one at the source of the positive routine sample, 1 five connections upstream, 1 five connections downstream and a triggered sample, which needs to be taken at the source. | ||
