| Details: | Tooley Water District de-activated Well #2 on November 28, 2022, but has still wanted to sample the well for Nitrates. I called Hiland Water Company (as they do the sampling for Tooley Water District) to confirm that Well #2 is still inactive and that water is not being served to customers. Isaac confirmed with me that Well #2 is inactive and that it is not being served to customers. | ||
