| Details: | Called Troy Miller, Public Works Director, and informed me that he no longer works for the Town of Lakeview. He provided the phone number for the new contact, Sean Petitmermet. Called Mr. Petitmermet and he said he is the new Public Works Director. Informed him of the positive coliform sample from the middle spring and common header. He was aware of the positive results and was not able to collect an assessment sample from the upper spring which is under 7 feet of snow. He said that he will email me his new contact phone number for the office when he is back in the office. No further action at this time. | ||
