| Details: | I received a "non-alert" on 12/16/22 (Fri) for a total coliform positive source water assessment (untreated raw source water) sample taken at SRC-BC Well 6 on 12/13/22. Having been out of the office on vacation, I sent an e-mail to John Wesely on 12/19/22 (Monday) regarding the alert and I conveyed that although no further action was needed, he could contact the general number 971-673-0405 M-F, 8 - 4:30 pm or the after-hours number at (503) 704-1174 if he had further questions while I was out of town. John replied via e-mail on 12/21 (Wed) that he had figured that no further action was needed but offered thanks for the clarification. | ||
