| Details: | On 12/6/22 John Wesely with Pacific City Joint Water and Sanitation Authority (PCJWSA) inquired about switching from taking individual annual source water assessment samples from the 3 wells under each entry point (EP-A - Dune Wells and EP-B - Spit Wells) for a total of 6 samples per year, to taking a representative sample from each of the entry points (2 samples per year - 1 from each entry point). I said that this was possible provided they could sample from a location representative of source water prior to treatment (sodium hypochlorite for residual maintenance) all the wells for each entry point while in operation and sent him a form we use for such approval requests. After a conversation with John Wesely on 12/9/22, John decided that getting a sample representative of the sources prior to treatment was more complicated than previously though and would hold off on the change for now, but may consider it in the future. | ||
