Details:	Background/Problem Identification: The circuit rider was contacted by Charles Dice of Falcon Cove Beach WD to assist with a lead and copper exceedance. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider researched the system and had a conference call with Charles Dice to troubleshoot their recent lead/copper exceedance. C. Dice indicated that there were issues with the sampling that he believes possibly caused the exceedance, but that OHA was unwilling to invalidate the results due to homeowner error in sampling procedure. We recommend that the water system continue forward with taking the two rounds of WQPs as required by OHA to plan for installation of corrosion control if the system continues to exceed on copper and/or lead. The circuit rider offered to assist in the sampling as pH and temperature needs to be taken at the time of grab, C Dice said that his lab would be able to do the pH and temp onsite at the time of the sample grab.
