| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: The circuit rider was contacted by Daniel Hough of OHA and was requested to assist Gordon Jones of Lake Creek Lodge with potentially combining their multiple water systems. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider met with Gordon Jones and several staff members from Lake Creek Lodge to discuss the three water systems and challenges of each system. The circuit rider also toured the three water systems and gave a brief assessment of the infrastructure and potential improvements. The main issue facing Lake Creek Lodge was that their water right permits were due for a Claim of Beneficial Use, and that they would need to hire a Certified Water Rights Examiner to make the claims on their behalf. The circuit rider put Gordon in touch with Ted Ressler of Summit Water Resources to begin the process. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider is available to assist further if needed.
