| Details: | I contacted Mr. Martins and he stated he was aware of, and in the process of taking the required 3 repeat and 1 triggered sample for the recent total coliform positive. He stated he believed it to be sampling error. I also outlined the need for a level 1 investigation if the repeats came back positive. | ||
