| Details: | Carolyn called regarding the compliance letter sent at the end of Dec 2022. The letter noted the systems' remaining deficiency (O&M manual) from the 2019 survey had not been completed yet per our records. The manual had been drafted starting 06/2019 with an update from the system 08/2020 that the manual was not done yet but should be soon. Carolyn stated the manual was completed Dec 2020 with pictures and operational description. I told her it would be reviewed during the next survey which will be in 2024. | ||
