| Details: | I messaged Diana regarding the collow up coliform samples that were collected on 12/28/22. System collected three repeat samples and two were positive for total coliform. Triggered source samples (prior to the chlorinator were not collected). The additional positive samples have triggered a level 2 investigation that will be performed on-site after weather conditions improve. System to resume regular monitoring for January 2023 and needs to collect the source samples as soon as possible. No further action is needed at this time. | ||
