| Details: | I contacted Mr. Martins and he was aware of the recent repeat samples for coliform which came back total coliform positive. He intends to shock the system on 1/27/23. I reviewed the process and calculated to chlorine volume for them. In addition, I informed him the triggered sample recently taken was mis-labeled as a repeat. A request has been issued to the lab to resend with correct label to avoid a violation. This should take place at 9am today. |
