| Details: | The system DRC called to inform this office that the nitrate filtration has been taken offline. After discussion with OHA, we decided a modified tier 1 notice needs to be issued. All previous source samples have been above the MCL. The system will issue the notice & send in the completed notice. They will work to repair the filtration system & take follow up samples when repairs have been made. | ||
