Details: I responded to Boyd Brown's questions via email regarding their completed Operation & Maintenance Manual and Emergency Response Plan, to which I requested copies of those documents. I added that after I review them, if they are completed I will forward them to Oregon DWS. I also sent them copies of the O&M Manual and Emergency Response Plan template/instructions for reference, if needed.
