| Details: | The WS contacted OHA DWS back on 9/29/2022 to petition for reconsideration of the disinfection requirement. Based on previous water system improvements, and the last 6 months of good coliform monitoring, DWS has agreed to suspend the disinfection installation requirement. The WS has until July 2023 to demonstrate there no longer is a persistent coliform issue in the source water or distribution system. Should a coliform investigation be triggered prior to July 2023, the WS will need to immediately begin the process of installing residual maintenance chlorination. | ||
