| Details: | Received an email from Scott today informing me that the chlorinator was leaking and distribution ran out of residual in three locations that he had checked. I called Scott to discuss the situation and he let me know that they got the chlorinator online. I instructed him to check the residual at the entry point, in distribution and to confirm that the residual was at an adequate level (preferably between .2 mg/l and .4 mg/l). Since it's Friday, it would be unlikely that the lab would be able to analyze the sample until later next week. Shaniko is still due for a January sample and I felt that it would make since to draw a routine sample (Box - R should be drawing samples soon for January) instead of a special sample once the residual has been confirmed in distribution. Scott will be notifying me later today of the residual results. | ||
