| Details: | Bruce returned my voicemail to discuss the recent violation for a missing fourth quarter 2022 routine distribution sample. We reviewed his data on-line. He had multiple source assessment samples for 2022 we discussed only needing one per year,he had submitted three. We discussed that the violation would return to compliance when routine samples over two quarters are submitted and on time.Since the contact, a first quarter 2023 routine distribution sample was submitted and the result was absent for coliform bacteria. |
