| Details: | Drew Barclay the former DRC notified me on 12/28/22 that he was no longer employed by Trillium Family Services at the Children's Farm Home. His replacement will be Cody Morgan. I left two voice mails for Mr. Morgan to discuss a change of contact information for data on-line and the violation for not reporting a annual source water sample prior to 12/31/22. He has not returned my call. |
