| Details: | OHA DWS notified me that Deer Island Waterworks is required to do a Level 1 Coliform Investigation due to missed repeat/triggered sampling after a recent positive total coliform routine sample. I forwarded the operator the Level 1 Coliform Investigation checklist. Justin says that the triggered/repeat samples were collected today, but he will still work on completing the Level 1 checklist. |
