| Details: | I spoke with Donna Holdridge regarding a recent repeat water sample from Deer Island Village MHP which tested positive for total coliform bacteria; therefore a Level 1 Coliform Investigation is required. I forwarded both Donna and Jason from RCAC the Level 1 Coliform Investigation checklist via email to be completed within 30 days. Update: The repeat triggered well samples also came back as positive for total coliform. |
