| Details: | DWS was notified on January 12th by EPA of a complaint they received from a customer served by the water system. The customer informed EPA that the system had failed to provide CCR for multiple years. Our records show only the 2020 CCR was certified as completed. On January 20th, DWS sent a letter to the system informing them of the CCR requirement and pointed to online resources. DWS also contacted the customer to inform them of the letter sent and referred them to the system's water quality information online. | ||
