| Details: | Justin McMullen forwarded me a copy of his completed Level 1 Coliform Investigation checklist which I then reviewed and sent to Oregon DWS. The system's chlorine pump had an issue and an air lock, which is believed to possibly have contributed to the coliform result, and the system's proposed corrective action from the Level 1 checklist is to repair the chlorine pump. | ||
