| Details: | The owner/operator contacted me this morning with the results from the temporary routine samples. She has been instructed to submit three distribution and one source sample tomorrow. We discussed the disinfection of the system with emphasis on the storage tank after the repeats have been submitted. I then followed this up with an email that was specific about the three temporary routines required in the month of February. I attached a Level 1 Coliform Investigation template to this correspondence. | ||
