| Details: | Notes: The "homestead" has been in operation as a restaurant for many years. Speaking to Mr. Tucker about license renewal, he essentially said the water system, among other things, was just too much to take care of among his other duties in life and he is not renewing the license. Going forward without the business operating, the water system will no longer qualify to be regulated as a public water system. He stopped operating entirely sometime near the end of summer. | ||
