| Details: | EH met with operators and DWS at the water system to see the well house and its position in relation to Humbug Creek, as well as the layout of the distribution system. The creek has meandered to within 30 feet of the well. The customers are distributed in two clusters--near the well, and approximately a half mile up the hill near Hwy 26. In light of the persistent TC presence and recent e. coli positive in the source, operators were advised to contact the circuit rider to arrange MPA to see if the source is affected by surface water. |
