Details:	Called Daniel at 3:55pm on 2/2/23. Told Daniel that he now has a 10-point violation for being over the MCL for E.coli, along with the 1-point non-reporting violation from November 2022. Told Daniel that this will make him a Priority Non-Complier and that he needs to report his retest results as soon as possible to DMCE. Retesting was done back on 1/23/23.
