| Details: | Called Daniel Graber on 2/3/2023 at 3:25 pm and left a voicemessage. I informed him that we received a noticed that his special samples came back positive for coliform. I asked him to follow up with our office to determine what will done to eliminate the coliform from the system. I reminded the operator that when he takes special samples from the tank and throughout the distribution, he will need to send them into DMCE. I also sent an email to the operator at 3:29 pm stating the same information at 3:29 pm. | ||
