Details:	All repeat and triggered samples TC+ following 1/18/23 TC+ routine. Discussed with Amanda and system needs to find and fix. Suggested chlorinating well, flushing and taking routine sample(s) in February. System has had confirmed coliforms September 2022 and January 2023. One more confirmed coliform before September 2023 will trigger required continuous chlorination.
