| Details: | Contacted water system operator, Allen Olney, in response to Level 2 coliform investigation issued. Explained that failure to collect and submit the necessary repeat samples following the original positive coliform result from 1/25/23 triggered the Level 2 assessment. I reminded him that 3 temporary routine samples are required for February. We agreed that we would conduct the Level 2 assessment after the results of these 3 coliform samples. He informed me that he would take the samples in the next week or so. I will follow up with him via email to ensure samples taken so that we can complete the Level 2 assessment. | ||
