Details: | Courtesy Email received 2/6/23 Conversation with Pam (Property Manager) & Lawrence (Plumber) & M LeBlanc (Consultant) Replacement Chem Feeder is working well! This has solved the constant maintenance and I appreciate the work Lawrence & Pam have done! Well #3 - North Side is running low. Pam has flipped to the emergency well (South Side source). Lawrence will be out today & later this week to check the system and try to track down this issue. I have asked for the following: Trouble shoot - Why is the well (SRC-AA) level running low on a regular basis? Trouble shoot - Can we plumb in the disconnected well (SRC-AB) as a secondary system, and have 2 wells on the system to alleviate the issue of low water? Flow test on SRC-AB & Water Test E/C to see if the well is clean & a possible source for use. In addition - we discussed the need to clean the holding tanks, as this has not been done in some time. There will be more work to be done on the system, and once that is completed we hope to create a routine for Pam of daily activities, and put equipment in place that will ease that schedule for Pam so that those daily activities are not as time consuming. -- M.
