Details:	Called Monica on 2/7/23 at 11:24am. Informed Monica that the deadline on the well deficiency is approaching and asked if she has any long term plan to correct it. Monica says no and that they cannot purchase any additional land. Let Monica know that unless this is resolved, they will not qualify as an outstanding performer in future surveys, and that a written request would need to be sent in order to extend the deadline.
