Details:	Rick called as the lab notified him that their monthly coliform sample was total coliform positive. We reviewed the follow up samples needed. Three repeat samples (one from the original location and 2 other distribution) and triggered source sample. DWS to email coliform template. Further action determined by the next set of coliform samples.
