| Details: | I emailed DWS Compliance office requesting the deactivation of Arizona Beach Lodge and RV Park PWS. With only one or two RVs currently on site, Arizona Beach Ranch no longer fit the criteria of a public water system. Motel was shut down and vacated. Signs removed. Lender on property was advised of outstanding actions pending against property, including Health Fee issues and that new buyer will be required to respond to issues. | ||
