| Details: | I spoke to Jay on 2/6/23 after e-mailing him on 1/13/23 that I had checked and did not see any SW reports from Jay and didn’t see a reply to my January 6th text (Jay's last reply did have reports for August and Sept), which have been entered and viewable online at: https://yourwater.oregon.gov/surface.php?pwsno=95561 I recommended that he get in the habit of checking this website each month and let him know that he could submit the missing Oct, Nov, and Dec 2022 surface water treatment reports to: DWP.DMCE@odhsoha.oregon.gov. Or fax to 971-673-0458. |
