| Details: | I e-mailed Jay on 2/2/23 to let him know that we had not received any nitrate results for 2022. I also mentioned in my e-mail that I had sent him a text on January 6th and an email and text on January 13th for the missing surface water reports. I let him know that Nitrate sampling is done at the entry point after treatment (same place he would measure entry point chlorine residual right after treatment) and that we had spoken about the annual nitrate sample in June 2022 (see 7/29/22 contact report regarding a June SWTR violation). I later spoke to Jay on 2/6/23 regarding the missing nitrate results and he said that the would contact the lab and get that sampling done.
