| Details: | I spoke with Jay Williamson and reminded him to submit the July 2022 surface water treatment reports by August 10th. I also mentioned that I didn’t see he submitted the June report, so he has a violation for that (he thought he had and will check to see what was sent). I checked both my personal cell and work cell and e-mail and didn’t see the June report. I also reminded him to take his annual nitrate sample before the end of the year. I also e-mailed Jaime Craig at Tillamook County a summary of my conversation with Jay. | ||
