| Details: | John emailed me from his phone a picture of his coliform sampling plan. I called him instead to explain the repeat locations and the process for responding to a coliform alert. He will complete the form and submit it to me once it is finished. I'm also working with him on the O&M manual and the enabling authority for the system. | ||
