Details: Emailed Garren in regards to violations issued for no SOCs, VOCs or IOCs submitted before end of 2022. He stated that the samples were taken, but they were mislabeled as EP-A instead of EP-C. Garren will contact lab to see if an amended report can be submitted with proper entry point label.
