| Details: | Received a call from a city resident who was without water service for 8 days due to a frozen water line. Spoke with the city's DRC operator Levi. City staff had thawed out the city's line to the meter, and a portion of the service line past the meter, but were unable to thaw the entire length of it. The city is only responsible for the line on the public side of the meter, so the customer will have to resolve the remaining frozen portion of the service line. | ||
