| Details: | I spoke with Tammy Lyons and explained the requirement for monthly coliform monitoring to resolve the recent civil penalty issued against her and that a year of monthly monitoring is required until monitoring can be reduced to once per quarter. We also discussed the layout of her water system, which she says has only one entry point but the DWS database shows as having two. I requested Eric at Malheur County to confirm this. We also discussed outstanding significant deficiencies and I offered assistance if we can't find another way to have them resolved. | ||
