Details:	I made a site visit at the TNC water system to document the physical disconnection of SRC-AC, Well #3 - L140915, from the public water system. The water source was connected to the public water system when I arrived and was valved off. The ownership of the water system then used a cutting saw to cut/sever the water line from SRC-AC to the public water system. A photo of the completed work was taken by me and provided to the DWP plan review engineer responsible for the conditionally approved plan review of the water system. An Inventory update was then completed by me and sent to the DWP. I will await updating the deficiency list until I hear back from the DWP regarding the final approval letter.
