| Details: | All 3 repeat and triggered sample tc+ following routine tc+. Called Owner Rick and discussed corrective action. They want to try chlorinating the well and 4500 gallon reservoir. Helped Rick with chlorine recipe to 10 ppm. System will chlorinate flush and resample. *Rick discovered that the triggered sample was not a true raw sample tap. Rather, it is a post reservoir sample tap in pumphouse. A raw source water sample tap does exist and discussed need to use it for an accurate triggered source sample. System will need 3 temp routines in March and submit level one investigation form. | ||
