| Details: | I spoke with the operator of this system about the missed 2022 fourth quarter routine water sample. The operator was under the impression that the sample had been collected and reported. The operator will check on the issue and correct any shortcomings. The 1st quarter 2023 sample has been received. This should return the 4th quarter 2022 violation to compliance automatically |
