Details:	No nitrate result for 2018. Last coliform result was second quarter 2017. System is a PNC. Contacted store by phone and discussed water testing with Stasha, a store employee. I provided my phone number and requested Cody, owner, to call me. Informed Stasha that system was past due on coliform and nitrate testing and requested that Cody submit test results for both items prior to the end of 2018.
