| Details: | I spoke with operator regarding the mislabeling of temporary routine samples in October of 2022. A violation was issued because the system labelled the three temporaries as repeats. The have promised to email OHA:Drinking Water and ask for the samples to be redesignated and hopefully the violation will be removed. | ||
