| Details: | I called the operator, Kristina Alvarez, and left a voice message. I informed her that I received notice of a positive coliform sample result from the Big House Kitchen sample site (collected 2/14). I instructed her to submit 4 repeat coliform samples; 3 distribution samples - one at the original site, and two other locations (upstream and downstream) and one sample at the source (well). I followed up with a detailed email stating these same instructions. |
