| Details: | I spoke with Mr. Burcher on the plan to have their storage tank inspected and cleaned as the most likely cause of the recent coliform positive samples from August-October 2022. He stated on 2/17/22 he was unable to contact any company in the area to perform this. I have provided him with a list from DWS on available companies and asked he schedule this as soon as possible and inform me of the progress. I would ask that we set back the due date for correcting defects related to the open coliform investigation (10/7/22) be set back 2 months to 4/14/23. |
