| Details: | Emailed Kristina Alavarez regarding the positive coliform (e-coli neg.) samples taken on 2/17/23. The source (well) and two distribution samples were positive for coliform and one distribution sample was absent. Per the Coliform response chart, a level 2 Coliform Investigation has been generated and I requested a time to meet with her or the primary water system operator for the system. I also informed her that due to the number of coliform investigations, Drinking Water Services has determined that a treatment system must be installed and provided a copy of the letter. | ||
