| Details: | I contacted owner regarding the water system's January Monthly Operating Report (MOP) and the water system failing to meet the required CT for the Surface Water Treatment Rule. The water system has increased its contact time for latter part of January but it also needs to increase its chlorine residual at the 1st user such the the actual CT is greater than the required CT. I informed the water system owner of this and that the water system would incur a violation for the month of January. | ||
