| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Shawn Stevenson of OHA reached out to the circuit rider requesting an MPA test be done on the well out at Smith River Marina. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider visited on the 26th of September to set up the MPA testing equipment. The test ran from 9:25 am on the 26th until 8:48 am on the 27th. Gallon readings on the test equipment water meter read 7,195 gallons at the start of the test and 8,573 gallons at the end of the test for a total of 1,378 gallons of water passing through the sample filter element. The sample was put in a cooler with blue ice and sent to LabCor in Seattle for testing. Please see the attached COC and test results. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider can provide further follow-up assistance if needed. |
